This page explains how to request deletion of your Sudoku Infinity account and the data associated with it. Sudoku Infinity is a mobile game developed by MindFlux Studios.
Email us at contact@mindfluxstudios.com with the subject line Delete My Account. Please include your Player ID so we can locate your data. You can find your Player ID inside the app, in the Google Play Games account dialog. Adding your Play Games display name as well helps us confirm your request.
We process your request and permanently delete your account and its associated data within 90 days. You will receive a confirmation email, at the address you contacted us from, once the deletion is complete.
We do not retain personally identifiable data after your account is deleted. Anonymous diagnostic data, such as crash reports, may be retained by our service providers for up to 90 days for security and stability, and is not linked to your identity.
