Water Sort Infinity

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 July 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how MindFlux Studios collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use Water Sort Infinity, our mobile game for Android. Please read it carefully so you understand what data we handle and why. Water Sort Infinity is built to respect your privacy: it needs no account, no sign-in, and no personal details, and your game progress is kept on your own device. By using Water Sort Infinity, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Definitions

No Account and No Sign-In

Water Sort Infinity is played entirely without an account. There is no login, and we never ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or location. We do not use Google Play Games sign-in, we do not create a user account for you, and there is no cloud save or online profile. Because there is no account, there is nothing for you to sign in to and no personal profile for us to hold.

Your Anonymous Player ID

The first time you open the Application, a random Player ID is generated on your device and stored there. It is a random value that contains no personally identifiable information and is not linked to your name, your Google account, or any other personal data. Its purposes are:

Your Player ID leaves your device only when the Application checks our database for gifts addressed to it, when you share it with us to receive a gift, and as an attribute on the anonymous crash and analytics data described below. It never identifies you personally.

Game Progress Stored on Your Device

Your gameplay data is stored only on your device using local storage, and is not uploaded to us or synced to any cloud. This includes:

The Application's levels are not downloaded from or uploaded to a server, and no gameplay data leaves your device. Because all of this data lives only on your device, uninstalling the Application permanently deletes it.

Gifts and Giveaways

The Application can receive gifts and giveaways from MindFlux Studios, which unlock exclusive themes. To find gifts addressed to you, the Application queries our Google Cloud Firestore database using your anonymous Player ID. When MindFlux Studios creates a gift for you, your Player ID, which you provided to us, is stored in Firestore alongside the reward so that the correct device can claim it. Giveaways are broadcast to everyone and are not tied to your identity. Whether you have claimed a gift is tracked only on your device.

Announcements

The Application reads announcements published by MindFlux Studios, such as news and updates, from Google Cloud Firestore. This is a read-only fetch that needs no account and sends no personal data, and announcements are cached on your device so they remain available offline.

Usage and Analytics Data

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the Application is used and to improve it. This automatically collects usage data such as your device model, operating system version, app version, app instance identifiers, and how you interact with the Application. Examples of the events we log include levels started and completed, stars earned, undos and added tubes used, rewarded ads shown, themes changed, and gifts claimed. This data is used in aggregate to improve the game and is not used to identify you personally.

Crash Reports and Diagnostics

We use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect crash reports and diagnostic data when the Application encounters an error. This includes the crash stack trace, the state of the app at the time, your device model, operating system version, app version, the active theme, the current screen, and the current level. Your anonymous Player ID is attached so a report can be traced to a single installation. This information is used solely to identify and fix bugs, and crash collection is active only in production builds.

Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display rewarded advertisements, which help keep the Application available at no cost. Rewarded ads are optional: you choose to watch one in exchange for a benefit such as an extra undo, an added tube, or a restart. To serve and measure ads, AdMob collects and shares with Google your device advertising identifier, device information, and ad interaction data such as impressions and clicks. We do not show ads that require you to provide any personal information.

Advertising Consent

Where required in your region, such as in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we ask for your consent through Google's consent form, provided by Google's User Messaging Platform, before requesting personalised ads. You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalised advertising at any time through your device settings, and where consent is not granted we request non-personalised ads instead.

Protecting Our Backend

We use Firebase App Check to protect our backend from abuse by verifying that requests come from the genuine, unmodified Application. This helps keep the gift and announcement features working reliably and does not collect personal data about you.

App Updates

The Application uses Google Play's In-App Update feature to keep you on the latest version. When a newer version is available on Google Play, the Application prompts you to update through Google Play's own update screen. This uses Google Play services on your device and does not involve us collecting any additional personal data.

Feedback and Contact

The Application includes an optional "Send feedback" option in Settings. Choosing it opens your own email app with a message addressed to us; it does not send anything automatically. If you decide to email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and we use that information only to read and respond to your message. Contacting us is entirely voluntary.

Data Stored Only on Your Device

Your game progress, your in-progress game, your unlocked and selected themes, your sound and vibration settings, your claimed-gift and dismissed-announcement records, and your cached gifts and announcements are stored only on your device. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party, and they are removed when you uninstall the Application.

How We Use Your Data

How We Share Your Data

We do not sell your data. We use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:

For more information about how Google handles data, please see Google's Privacy Policy. We may also disclose data if required to do so by law or a valid request from a public authority, and, if the Application or its data is ever sold or transferred to another party, your data may be transferred as part of that arrangement, in which case we will notify you.

Data Retention

Data stored on your device is retained until you delete it or uninstall the Application. Crash and diagnostic data is retained for a limited period necessary to diagnose and resolve issues. Analytics data is retained in line with Firebase's retention settings. A gift addressed to your Player ID is retained for as long as it remains relevant, and you can request deletion at any time, as described below.

Deleting Your Data

Because Water Sort Infinity has no account, there is no login for us to erase. You are in control of your data:

Email us at contact@mindfluxstudios.com with the subject Delete My Data and your Player ID, which you can find and copy in the Application's Settings screen.

We will delete the associated data within 90 days and confirm once it is complete. Anonymous data that is not linked to your identity, such as aggregated analytics, may be retained for a limited period.

International Data Transfers

The limited data we handle is processed by Google's Firebase and AdMob infrastructure, which operates globally. By using the Application, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data on servers that may be located outside your country. Google maintains appropriate security and data protection standards for all transferred data.

Security of Your Data

All data transmitted by the Application is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS, and Firebase App Check helps ensure that only the genuine app can access our backend. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Water Sort Infinity is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it promptly.

Links to Other Websites

The Application may contain links to third-party websites, for example from an announcement. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or privacy practices of any third-party site, and we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the date at the top. You are advised to review this page periodically. Changes are effective when posted.
